Euro 2016 is in the midst of the knockout phase. Most of the official digital teams are ploughing through the standard fare of press conferences, training, boarding buses and match shots.
Right now it is considered standard but necessary. By the next tournament, you wonder how much written content will be required. Will it be about Snapchat reaction, live video from fans in the stands and whatever small, innovative company Facebook have bought before flipping their product into the mainstream.
